Contribute to promoting process improvement, standardization of activities, and maintenance of operational quality within the cooperative. Area: Information Technology. **Requirements:*** **Minimum Education:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal documents, and regulatory guidelines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with regulations applicable to financial institutions and legislation impacting the organization.
