




#### **About the position:** * Work as a butcher in a supermarket, responsible for preparing, cutting, and displaying meats while ensuring quality and hygiene. * Provide customer service by assisting customers in selecting products and answering questions. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to food safety regulations. #### **Key responsibilities:** * Cut, debone, and prepare beef, pork, and poultry according to the supermarket’s standards. * Inspect the quality of incoming products and store them appropriately. * Organize the meat display case, ensuring an attractive presentation that complies with sanitary regulations. * Serve customers courteously and provide guidance on meat cuts and preparation methods. * Monitor meat inventory levels and report when restocking is needed. * Strictly follow hygiene and occupational safety regulations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Proven experience as a butcher, preferably in supermarkets or similar establishments. * Knowledge of beef, pork, and poultry cuts. * Proficiency in handling knives and butchery equipment. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. #### **Desirable qualifications (advantageous):** * Technical or vocational training in butchery or food-related fields. * Customer service experience. * Experience in inventory and stock control. * Ability to work effectively in a team and strong communication skills. #### **Work schedule and hours:** * Rotating shift schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off
