Engages directly with customers, coordinates the team, and monitors operational KPIs. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and control field and workshop service execution; * Attend to customers, negotiate deadlines and budgets, and propose technical and commercial solutions; * Monitor performance indicators, team productivity, and work order quality; * Conduct follow\-up on proposals and support service and parts billing; * Ensure cost control and operational profitability; * Lead, guide, and develop the technical team; * Ensure compliance with SSMA standards and internal procedures.
