




Description: Mandatory: * Higher education degree in Medicine; * Specialization in Occupational Medicine; * Active RQE required; Desirable: * Experience in Occupational Health as an Occupational Medicine Physician; * Contest social security benefits based on facts and knowledge of job activities and disorders presented, whenever INSS (National Social Security Institute) defines an occupational cause not recognized by the company; * Participate in the evaluation and investigation of work-related accidents and occupational diseases; * Be responsible for conducting occupational medical examinations, including pre-employment, post-employment, and return-to-work exams; * Provide reception, clinical assessment, and support to employees, directing the healthcare team when necessary; * Work in health management and inclusion of people with disabilities (PCD); * Support the development and updating of the PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program), leading and monitoring established processes in units under their responsibility; * Perform ergonomic analysis when requested or necessary, in compliance with Regulatory Standards; * Include or suggest employees, when necessary or requested, into the group's preventive medicine programs; * Be responsible for collecting and analyzing reactive and proactive indicators within occupational health; * Conduct clinical evaluation of employees after issuance of medical certificates (validation), when necessary or requested; * Monitor clinical follow-up of employees after exposure to biological materials and/or work-related accidents, according to current biological incident protocols, when requested or necessary; * Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor. 2511260202401481706
