#### **Responsibilities:** * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements, including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, environmental permits, PPRA, LTCAT, and other applicable legal requirements; * Coordinate and implement continuous improvement programs in Occupational Safety and Environment, including identification and request of resources, conducting campaigns, and monitoring corrective actions; * Monitor and report EHS indicators, reports, and technical data, ensuring updates in corporate systems (GAIA, SOC), achievement of targets, and support for managerial decision-making; * Conduct internal and external audits, oversee inspections by authorities such as the Ministry of Labor, environmental agencies, and Fire Department, and ensure compliance with Risk Grading and business continuity plan (BCP) requirements; * Manage the EHS technical team and promote a safety culture, leading crisis meetings, training sessions, and ergonomic assessments, and ensuring awareness of occupational risks across all organizational levels. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering * Specialization in Safety Engineering * Experience in the EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) field, preferably in industrial environments * Prior leadership experience managing teams * Advanced Office suite skills #### **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of corporate sustainability or ESG; * Previous experience in audit routines; * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency #### **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance, life insurance, shuttle transportation or parking, private pension plan, credit cooperative, fitness allowance, cafeteria, meal voucher, and annual bonus.
