




Job Summary: The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and directing patients, answering phone calls, managing the flow of people, and providing information with communication skills, organization, and proactivity. Organizing examinations and health insurance referral forms The Receptionist position is responsible for receiving and directing patients, answering telephone calls, controlling entry and exit of people, as well as providing information and assistance to clients/patients. The professional must possess communication, organizational, and proactive skills to perform their duties efficiently. * Welcoming and serving internal and external patients; * Completing health insurance referral forms; * Providing telephone support; * Registering examinations in the CIAP Laboratory's computer system; * Resolving pending matters related to health insurance requirements, including examination authorizations when necessary; * Forwarding receipts, invoices for private examinations, and daily cash closing reports to the Finance Department at the end of the workday; * Receiving and verifying medical requisition materials and data daily for all cytological, anatomical, immunohistochemical, in situ hybridization, and HPV genotyping PCR examinations; * Verifying received referral forms and materials before forwarding them to the Triage I Department; * Delivering examination reports to patients or their representatives; * Assisting physicians in person or by phone regarding their patients' examinations or other inquiries; * Disposing of protocols (shredding) into recyclable waste; * Performing other tasks related to the position as directed by the Team Leader.
