Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring vehicles, tracking routes, and evaluating driver performance to ensure safety and efficiency in logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. Fleet security and risk management **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles using tracking systems (GPS, telematics, and specialized software); * Track vehicle routes and driver performance; * Contact drivers for guidance and status updates; * Identify and report route deviations, unscheduled stops, and potential risks; * Activate security protocols in case of accidents, thefts, or damages; * Generate daily monitoring reports and performance indicators; * Assist in trip scheduling and driver shift control; * Maintain constant communication with departments such as logistics, asset security, and customer service. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work on a 12x36 schedule; * Prior experience in fleet monitoring, logistics support, or vehicle tracking; * Familiarity with tracking systems (Omnilink, Sascar, OnixSat or similar); * Basic knowledge of routing; * Strong communication skills and ability to respond quickly to crisis situations.
