Upon joining our company, the candidate will receive training aligned with the standards and excellence of our products and services, aiming to delight and retain our customers through agile, efficient, courteous, and unforgettable service. **POSITION – Cargo and Delivery Assistant** **Full Job Description** * Load, unload, and load materials, products, and equipment onto trucks; * Label goods and perform sorting/separation of items, warehouse organization, and material counting; * Verify weight, volume, and other required information for goods receipt and dispatch; * Assemble boxes, packaging, and protective transport materials; * Check invoices and CTE (Transport Service Receipt) for items to be collected and delivered to customers; * Assist the driver in vehicle maintenance, organization, and cleaning; * Assist the driver in controlling, completing, and updating departmental forms and guides; * Position subject to receiving funds when collecting/receiving goods; therefore, all credit reconciliations must be processed with the finance department during the shift or at the end of the workday; * Assist supervisors with other duties and tasks relevant to the position. Work Schedule: * Monday to Friday – Shift starts at 08:00 and ends at 18:00 * Shift duration: 8 hours and 48 minutes
