We are seeking a **PRODUCT ENGINEERING ANALYST** to join our team! **Key responsibilities:** * Map and optimize production processes, identifying bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement. Conduct time and motion studies, applying Lean Manufacturing tools to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Interpret technical drawings and standards; analyze the technical feasibility of new products or modifications; support prototypes and testing. Collaborate cross-functionally with PCP (Production Control and Planning), production, quality, and suppliers; develop and maintain up-to-date work instructions, production routings, bills of materials (BOM), and operational standards; ensure proper documentation and control of engineering changes (ECN/ECO). **Requirements:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency, * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Completed undergraduate degree; * Willingness to work onsite in Carmo do Cajuru. **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 6:45 AM to 4:45 PM; Friday: 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM.
