Description: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Relevant work experience preferred. * Driver's license category B. * Support construction coordination in internal and external communications regarding training, information requests, various notices, etc. * Manage open environmental forms for the engineering department and for contractors providing services to the Concessionaire. * Assist engineering teams in the construction department by requesting supplies and resources from the procurement and warehouse departments. * Assist with administrative routines. * Support coordination in managing departmental vehicles, liaising with the fleet management department. * Assist in managing open environmental forms for the engineering department and for contractors providing services to the Concessionaire. * Assist in managing Daily Construction Reports and Photographic Construction Reports. * Assist in reviewing measurement reports and participate in meetings with contractors, actively contributing to the preparation of minutes and records. * Assist in preparing Terms of Reference and other documents related to contract management. * Serve as liaison between field teams and engineering, assisting in data collection and document formalization. 2512130202201847980
