After all, it's 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work at sales points, carrying out restocking, organization, cleaning of shelves, and placing Ypê products in strategic locations to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and spread knowledge about Ypê products, providing technical information and answering their questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with POS materials (merchandising items) and creative displays at extra ends, according to the company's strategy. * Promote practical actions to enhance the company (its values and brand), disseminating best execution practices and strengthening customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Restock products, prioritizing those with higher stockout rates, following the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Conduct cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor sales points, conducting daily mobile execution surveys, and reporting to the immediate supervisor competitors' actions, new product launches, POS materials, campaigns, among others, gathering information for the company’s decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed High School; * Previous experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth mentioning:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Medical and dental insurance plans. * Care Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * Profit-sharing plan (PPR). * Payroll-deducted loan. * Study grant. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
