Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in vehicles, trucks, or buses. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on engines, transmission systems, brakes, suspension, and steering. * Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components. * Use diagnostic equipment and specialized tools to identify issues. * Conduct functional tests after service completion. * Complete service orders and technical reports detailing performed activities. * Ensure quality and safety of executed services. * Guide and support junior mechanics and assistants when required. * Maintain an organized workplace and comply with company safety standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school; Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably with heavy vehicles (trucks or buses). Knowledge of diesel engine diagnosis and maintenance. Knowledge of embedded electronic systems. Driver's license category B (category C or D preferred). Availability to work scheduled hours and respond to emergency situations. Ability to analyze and diagnose failures. Organization and attention to detail. Commitment to quality and safety. Proactivity and responsibility.
