Job Summary: Assists in the full maintenance management of leased equipment and external customers, analyzing failures, developing suppliers, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Cost control and maintenance indicators Assists in defining, scheduling, and controlling preventive and corrective maintenance plans for leased equipment and external customers; analyzes failures in production machines and equipment; develops new suppliers; and assesses the need to purchase replacement parts. **Responsibilities:** * Assist/define preventive maintenance plans, * Assist in defining contingency and corrective maintenance plans, * Request supplies (raw materials and consumables), * Control inventory and minimum stock levels. * Define maintenance priorities, * Monitor maintenance and procurement workflows. * Collect maintenance data and indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, MTTA, and others. * Control customer complaint data and related indicators. * Identify root causes of problems and propose interim and corrective actions, * Identify deviations in the maintenance process, * Propose improvements to the maintenance process, * Control maintenance costs, * Issue service orders, * Analyze maintenance capacity, * Develop maintenance schedules, * Schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, * Assist in planning maintenance costs, * Interact with customers, * Record non-conformities and indicators, * Comply with regulatory agency requirements; maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Maintain vehicle organization and upkeep, * Supervise spare parts in assistance kits, * Manage technician loading and dispatch for external services, **Secondary Responsibilities:** * Assist in Maintenance Planning and Control. * Control the entry and exit of leased equipment. * Monitor equipment hour meters. * Control and organize inventory. * Receive parts, verify invoices and maintenance kits. * Submit purchase requisitions for parts, workshop consumables, and PPE. * Assist in invoice verification and system **COMMAND** data entry. * Control PPE distribution to employees. * Perform other job-related tasks as directed by supervisors. * Maintain workplace order, organization, and activity flow.
