Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring drivers, managing documentation, negotiating cost reductions, and preparing financial reports—aiming for continuous improvement and alignment with corporate policies. End-to-end fleet and logistics process management **Your Key Challenges:** * Monitor driver work schedules and productivity, ensuring route efficiency and supporting integration of new drivers; * Manage traffic fines, documentation, and assist in accident-related processes, handling all related bureaucracy and vehicle maintenance; * Engage strategically in negotiations and market research to reduce costs. * Includes preparation of monthly financial reports, control of maintenance expenses, and logistical management of supplies (pickups and deliveries to clients and units); * Focus on continuous improvement through route planning and updates to air route networks.
