The candidate will: * Design and implement attractive and functional user interfaces for websites and landing pages. * Collaborate with marketing and development teams to understand project requirements and objectives. * Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize the user experience. * Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual layouts that meet both user and business needs. * Stay updated on UX/UI design trends and emerging technologies. * Ensure websites are responsive and optimized for various devices and browsers. * Use design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. * Collaborate on defining style guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency across all projects. * Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and propose improvements. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Proficiency in building websites and landing pages using WordPress and WIX; * Familiarity with web hosting and domain management; * Familiarity with Figma. * Strong organizational skills regarding files, deliverables, deadlines, and requests; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Ability to prioritize tasks and urgent requests; * Familiarity with using ChatGPT and other AIs daily to improve efficiency; * Familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google file formats; * Availability for meetings via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Familiarity with CANVA * Knowledge of programming languages * Familiarity with paid traffic * Knowledge of automation tools such as RD Station Intermediate English and/or Spanish. * Contract Type: PJ Work Format: Hybrid (1 day onsite in Asa Sul + 4 days remote) Benefits: Semi-annual paid leave + Birthday Day Off **Benefits:** No benefits provided
