We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP\&A) Analyst who wants to take a leading role in preparing our budget and analyzing data. More than just monitoring KPIs, we seek someone who proposes improvements, identifies risks, and helps chart our next steps based on facts. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop dashboards and reports on departmental and organizational goals; * Prepare and update management presentations; * Monthly prepare group performance reports (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Budget vs. Actual); * Monitor departmental and corporate group budgets, and share information upon request; * Prepare the organization’s annual budget; * Support mapping and implementation of improvements in area activities, routines, and processes; * Maintain spreadsheets and management and control systems up to date; * Calculate and verify commissions for the internal sales team. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Critical data analysis skills; * Basic knowledge of managerial accounting; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience building and presenting reports. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of BI tools and technologies (Power BI, Python, and/or SQL). Additional Information: This is a CLT (consolidated labor law) position with on-site work (we are located in Brasília \- DF). Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
