Job Summary: Responsible for leading teachers, ensuring academic excellence, implementing curricula, guiding planning, and supporting international programs. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct classroom observations and provide methodological support * Responsible for leading teachers and ensuring academic excellence and effective implementation of the bilingual curriculum and other curricular components. * Guide teachers in weekly and bimonthly planning, ensuring alignment with the BNCC and school educational standards. * Support interface with international programs for high school students. * Conduct periodic *classroom observations (tutorials)* to provide constructive *feedback* and methodological support to teachers. * Lead the execution of school projects, encouraging student engagement and the creation of creative and hands-on materials.
