Job Summary: A professional to lead the distance learning operations area, planning and supervising academic, administrative, and technological activities to ensure pedagogical quality and regulatory compliance. Promote innovation in active learning methodologies and educational technologies We are seeking a professional to lead the distance learning operations area, to plan, coordinate, and supervise academic, administrative, and technological activities for the University's Distance Education programs, ensuring pedagogical quality, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and alignment with institutional strategy within a solid organization. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the Distance Learning Core, defining guidelines, goals, and performance indicators aligned with the Institutional Development Plan (PDI); * Manage the design, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate, graduate, and extension courses offered in distance learning mode; * Ensure compliance with regulations set by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and other relevant regulatory bodies governing distance education offerings; * Manage multidisciplinary teams (academic, technological, operational, and student support); * Promote innovation in active learning methodologies and use of educational technologies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education / Training:** Completed Higher Education Postgraduate Degree (Master's) PhD in progress (desirable) **Relevant Experience in the Role.** **Specific Knowledge:** Educational Management, Expansion of Teaching Centers (Polos), Innovation, and ICTs applied to higher education.
