This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill positions as required by CNT. It will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the following positions: **POSITION:** Highway Research Driver – CNT **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, up to 2 months in duration. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To safely and efficiently drive the research team’s vehicle, ensuring compliance with established routes and safeguarding the team’s integrity and filming/data collection equipment. **COMPENSATION:** To be negotiated **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Completed high school **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **Professional Driving License:** CNH Category B (minimum), preferably Category C or D (valid). Full availability to travel for six consecutive weeks; **Road Experience:** Demonstrated experience in long-distance travel across various regions of Brazil, showing familiarity with diverse road surface conditions and weather. Includes proficiency in metropolitan areas where services will be rendered. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** Updated Defensive Driving Course. **First-Level Maintenance:** Ability to perform daily checklists and minor repairs (e.g., checking fluids, tires, lights, and identifying abnormal noises). **Economical and Defensive Driving:** Full focus on vehicle preservation and team safety, maintaining research speed while avoiding abrupt braking that could compromise filming quality or sensor stability. **Geographic Knowledge:** Basic understanding of federal and state highway networks in the regions to be traversed, and ability to read route maps. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** Drive the research vehicle on federal and state highways continuously (approximately 30 days), Monday through Saturday. Maintain exclusive attention on the road, strictly applying defensive driving standards. Ensure basic vehicle maintenance and cleanliness, immediately reporting any anomalies. Collaborate with the Researcher on mobility dynamics, research activities, and mandatory stops. ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGES AND RECOMMENDATIONS Experience in interstate cargo or passenger transport.
