Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment, following established procedures and ensuring proper system operation. Strictly adhering to safety, quality, and environmental procedures. **Education: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.** 1) Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance by disassembling, repairing, and reassembling industrial equipment, following checklists, operational procedures, and supervisor instructions. 2) Conduct periodic equipment inspections using measuring instruments, inspection checklists, and direct observation to identify wear, leaks, clearances, or abnormal noises. 3) Support identification of mechanical faults and defects, assisting in root cause analysis using diagnostic tools, failure history, and technical team support. 4) Perform adjustments, lubrication, and calibrations of components using hand tools, grease guns, oils, and manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper mechanical system operation. 5) Test equipment functionality after interventions, monitoring noise, vibration, operational performance, and immediately reporting any anomalies detected to the supervisor. 6) Complete work orders and maintenance reports, documenting performed activities, replaced parts, execution time, and technical observations in the maintenance management system or physical forms. 7) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace, storing tools properly, disposing of waste appropriately, and using PPE as required by regulations. 8) Monitor usage and requirements of parts and materials, informing the supervisor or responsible person when replenishment or adjustment of critical inventory items is needed. 9) Support equipment assembly, disassembly, and installation, following technical drawings, manufacturer specifications, and supervisor guidance to ensure installation compliance. 10) Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental procedures, using lockout/tagout devices, signage, PPE, and engineering controls to prevent risks during maintenance activities. 11) Commit to the organization’s image and values. a.
