




Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, validating, and optimizing processes; managing performance indicators; and coordinating projects to support continuous improvement of operational management. Provide primary support and management to the Process Intern team; IV. Identify and structure improvement opportunities jointly with Interns and the Coordinator; V. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions jointly with the Manager; VI. Execute and manage delivery schedules; VII. Deliver presentations; VIII.
