Job Description — Restaurant Manager Casa Bari — Rodízio Location: EQNL 21/23 Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of the rodízio restaurant, ensuring quality standards in service and products. * Lead and develop the team (dining room, kitchen, and support), fostering a performance-oriented and collaborative culture. * Control inventory, purchasing, and storage, ensuring appropriate stock turnover and minimizing waste. * Ensure compliance with health surveillance regulations and good food handling practices. * Monitor operational KPIs (sales, cost of goods sold, waste, customer satisfaction). * Work with management systems (including Colibri System), reporting, and administrative routines. * Resolve customer issues and maintain a high standard of customer experience. Requirements * Proven experience as a restaurant manager. * Knowledge of health surveillance regulations. * Experience in inventory and purchasing control. * Proficiency with management systems. * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications * Experience managing large-scale teams. * Courses in food & beverage or management.
