RH Open is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and people management consulting services. **Responsibilities:** Collaborate with the operations team to meet procurement demands related to event production and execution. Conduct quotations, negotiations, and strategic purchases, considering deadlines, quality, costs, and tax implications. Plan and execute procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services, focusing on efficient logistics and accurate deliveries. Manage purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines to ensure inputs arrive at the appropriate time for event operations. Create and update procurement tracking spreadsheets and dashboards. Develop and maintain relationships with national and international suppliers. Support the planning department with cost-benefit analyses and procurement intelligence. Continuously seek opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Previous experience as a Purchaser, Supply Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
