BairesDev Talent Acquisition Manager We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team, which identifies and evaluates the various profiles (Technical and Non-Technical) required by BairesDev and its clients. We are looking for proactive, dynamic individuals with strong organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks and demonstrating keen attention to detail. Responsibilities: * Define the Talent Acquisition strategy for available positions. * Collaborate with the Recruitment team to identify potential candidates for various positions. * Work with PMs and AMs to identify agricultural opportunities across different accounts. * Propose improvements to Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes. * Define economic proposals for candidates. We expect you to have: * Over 5 years of experience in IT recruitment. * Over 1 year of experience managing teams. * Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. * Flexibility and adaptability to constant change. * Experience with online and telephone sales techniques (a plus). * Knowledge of IT industry headhunting (a plus). * Advanced English proficiency.
