Our employees are involved throughout the entire process—from solution conception to implementation. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Solid experience years in activities related to IT solution requirements analysis; * Active certification required: + Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO); or + PSPO from Scrum.org; * Certificate of course completion containing, at minimum, 80% of activities related to: + UX Design; + UI Design. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage IT solution development projects, information systems, websites, and portals; * Analyze the feasibility and impact of implementing new solutions; * Prepare technical reports to support the CLIENT’s decision-making; * Develop project improvement schedules; * Assess project impacts on existing services; * Conduct requirements elicitation with managers and users; * Identify user needs and business rules; * Prepare technical documentation for IT solutions; * Maintain and update technical documentation for: * + Information systems; + Websites; + Portals; + IT solutions; * Provide technical documentation to all project stakeholders.
