Opportunity for development in workflow and processes Editorial Pre\-Press Operator \* On\-site \| SIG – Brasília/DF \* Athalaia Gráfica e Editora Athalaia Gráfica e Editora is seeking a professional to work in the prepress department, focusing on offset editorial production, ensuring technical quality, workflow organization, and meticulous verification of files submitted for production. We seek a technically skilled, organized, detail\-oriented professional capable of working with agility and responsibility in a high\-demand environment with tight deadlines. Main Responsibilities * Technical file verification for printing; * Preflight execution and PDF validation; * Verification of bleeds, margins, fonts, and print-ready standards; * Image processing and adjustment; * Editorial imposition; * Dummy assembly; * Generation and delivery of files for digital printing and CTP; * RIP operation; * File workflow organization and control; * Communication with production, PCP, sales, and clients when necessary; * Strict adherence to internal quality procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in graphic prepress; * Proficiency in Adobe software: * Illustrator * Photoshop * InDesign * Knowledge of: * Acrobat Pro * PitStop * Print\-ready file preparation for offset printing; * Editorial imposition; * Knowledge of perfect binding, signatures, and graphic finishing; * Organized, agile, and highly detail\-oriented profile; * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in editorial production (books, magazines, training manuals, handbooks, and similar); * Knowledge of Apogee workflow; * Experience with offset printing; * Technical or higher education in graphic arts, design, graphic production, or related fields.
