Strategic collaboration with production and performance analysis of the procurement area **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Identify purchasing needs for raw materials, ingredients (e.g., flour, yeast, sugar), packaging, inputs, and cleaning supplies. * Request price quotations from suppliers, comparing quality, delivery time, and cost. * Request quotations, negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, discounts, payment methods). * Issue purchase orders and ensure accuracy of data (quantity, specifications, amounts). * Track deliveries: confirm deadlines, quantities, and quality of received goods. * Verify invoices and bills, and accurately record purchase data to support finance. * Manage ingredient and input inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking, and alert when replenishment is needed. * Maintain up-to-date supplier records: contacts, terms, delivery history, and quality performance. * Support development of raw material cost reports and supplier comparison analyses. * Collaborate with production to forecast future demand (e.g., production peaks, promotions). * Monitor procurement KPIs (e.g., average price, delivery lead time, return rate).
