Focus on problem solving and continuous improvement **Preferred Qualification: Oncology experience** **Requirements and qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; active CRF registration; postgraduate degree in Oncology; Availability to work on a 12-hour shift followed by 36 hours off Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, Monday to Friday **Responsibilities and duties:** Ensure efficient execution of the production process, guaranteeing quality, adherence to deadlines, and meeting customer needs. Address problems, support the team, and pursue improvements contributing to operational results. * Ensure production occurs only when technical parameters (pressure, temperature, humidity) are appropriate, reporting deviations to supervision and addressing them; * Record procedural deviations, incidents, and notifications, reporting them to the Quality Department; * Provide information regarding incident resolutions and support the development and implementation of action plans; * Ensure inventory stocktaking is performed; * Ensure the production flow—from prescription receipt to finished product release—complies with established procedures; * Train Level I Pharmacists and other operational and support staff; * Process data for indicator development and critical analysis of results; * Enable business continuity alternatives during crises (staffing, infrastructure, IT systems, inventory, etc.), ensuring production and delivery deadlines and meeting customer needs; * Possess the technical requirements and competencies to perform all activities assigned to a Level I Pharmacist, including those involving chemotherapy agents; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
