Workplace safety and hygiene **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Perform cleaning and maintenance of indoor and outdoor areas. * Organize and maintain order in workspaces. * Carry out waste collection and proper disposal of residues. * Restock hygiene and cleaning supplies as needed. * Assist in maintaining cleaning equipment and utensils. * Collaborate with the team on support activities and diverse requests. * Follow workplace safety and hygiene regulations. * Report any irregularities or maintenance needs to the supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Experience in environmental cleaning and maintenance. * Knowledge of cleaning products and their applications. * Ability to work in a team. * Good communication and organizational skills. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in building maintenance. * References from previous jobs. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
