You will serve as the focal point between clients and internal departments, ensuring fulfillment of obligations, adherence to the contracted scope, and enabling billing. **Key Responsibilities:** **Contract Monitoring and Analysis** * Track deadlines (validity periods, renewals, adjustments) and monitor contractual obligations * Conduct critical reviews of contracts, drafts, and amendments, assessing risks and inconsistencies * Analyze contracts with Public Administration, ensuring compliance with tender documents **Client and Internal Department Interface** * Act as the responsible party for contractual matters with clients * Align billing requirements, reporting, and execution expectations * Support resolution of contractual and operational discrepancies **Execution, Billing, and Compliance** * Validate alignment among contract, commercial proposal, and delivered scope * Verify contractual conditions for billing and monitor pending items impacting revenue * Manage adjustments, performance bonds, and mandatory documents (certificates, guarantees) **Documentation and Continuous Improvement** * Organize documentation for audits and inspections * Maintain records of technical capability certificates and execution history * Propose improvements to departmental processes and metrics **Requirements:** * Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields * Experience in contract management (public and private sectors) * Knowledge of public procurement, administrative contracts, billing, and taxation * Ability to read and interpret contracts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel **Desirable Behaviors:** * Clear and concise communication (especially with clients) * Critical thinking and attention to detail * Proactivity, autonomy, and teamwork **??
