Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of vehicle interventions, performing proactive repairs and maintenance, and identifying additional work. Identify additional work and non-conformities **Ensure Work Quality** · Ensure the quality and efficiency of interventions and proactively perform minor unsolicited interventions; · Apply the Manufacturer's Control Tools and correctly complete inspection forms; · Pay attention to vehicle preservation (reset equipment and accessories, clean the vehicle, place replaced parts in the trunk using appropriate packaging); **Perform the Work** · During repair, verify that vehicle protections are properly installed (reinstall them if necessary); · Coordinate with the Workshop Supervisor to request replacement parts and transmit such requests to the Parts Department; · Prepare and plan your work (tools, equipment); · Be familiar with various repair techniques and use required documentation; · Perform requested tasks according to service order instructions and request further information if needed; · Ensure, upon completion of the intervention, that all equipment and replaced or disassembled parts are fully functional; .Detect additional work, non-conformities, and potential delays, promptly informing the Workshop Supervisor.
