Socioemotional skills: empathy and assertive communication **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Experience as a trainee instructor and/or in the banking sector; Degree in Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or related banking fields; Knowledge of banking routines and financial education; Ability to teach young people using practical and adapted methods; Socioemotional skills: empathy, assertive communication, and conflict management; Planning and delivery of theoretical content focused on meaningful learning; Promotion of a positive and engaging environment; Comprehensive monitoring of trainees; Grading of assignments and provision of feedback; Attendance tracking and pedagogical referrals; Preparation of reports and records; Participation in meetings and training sessions; Support for projects and external visits.
