Teamwork and professional development **Cumim (Night Shift) – Mané Mercado** **Location:** Águas Claras Shopping (Mané Águas) or next to Arena Mané Garrincha (Mané Brasília) We are seeking dynamic, proactive individuals who enjoy teamwork to join our team as **Cumim**! What we expect from you: * **Strong communication skills:** Ability to express yourself clearly and interact effectively and respectfully with customers and colleagues. * **Friendliness:** Deliver courteous and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction. * **Schedule flexibility:** Flexibility to work various shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays. * **Proactivity:** Ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues efficiently. * **Experience:** Prior experience in this role or similar activities is a strong advantage. **Job Objective:** Assist waiters in customer service by serving beverages and meals, organizing tables and utensils, maintaining space cleanliness, and performing other duties that contribute to an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: * Retrieve orders from operations and deliver them to requesting tables; * Organize condiment sets and keep tables clean and well-presented; * Assist waiters with customer service, always observing whether customers require attention; * Master table locations to improve service efficiency; * Handle trays carefully, orderly, and skillfully; * Collaborate closely with coworkers to understand demands and fulfill them within deadlines; * Possess basic knowledge of operations and menu items; * Notify the head waiter whenever necessary. Benefits: * **Location: Brasília or Águas Claras** * Compensation: Base salary of R$ 1.750,68 + 5% productivity bonus + commission (average between R$ 900 and R$ 1.500, depending on unit and revenue). * Benefits: Transportation allowance, union benefits, life insurance, and meal benefit (Caju card worth R$ 35/day in Águas Claras or cafeteria in Brasília). * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with openings for night shift. * Opportunities for growth and internal development. **Working Hours:** *6 days on / 1 day off* *2nd Shift* * Mon–Thu: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM * Fri & Sat: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM * Sun: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM After application, you may visit our units on Wednesdays or Thursdays for interviews with the People & Management team (Roberta or Victor).
