Job Summary: The professional will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities, hospital machines, and equipment, ensuring full operational functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Support for supervision and stewardship of assets and equipment **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Completed high school education** * **Technical knowledge in building electrical and plumbing systems;** * **Basic knowledge of office applications;** **Compensation:** * Salary (R$ 1823.00) + Hazard Pay (30%) + Transportation Allowance (VT) + Meal Voucher (Pluxee) + Medical Assistance (Quallity) + Dental Assistance (Amil); * Benefits: SESC + Universities (UDF, LS, Unyleya, Cruzeiro do Sul, and Escola Técnica de Saúde) + Pharmacy; * Partnerships: Local businesses in Lago Sul (Cacau Show, Boticário) **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building facilities, hospital machines, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations; * Prepare lists of materials required for specific maintenance tasks; * Maintain minimum inventory levels of materials for emergency maintenance and manage such inventory; * Control medical gases, monitor deliveries by suppliers, and ensure timely replenishment of cylinders; * Ensure proper receipt, storage, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) under their responsibility; * Provide support to the department in activities interfacing with other hospital departments; * Assist the department supervisor in tasks related to the role; * Ensure proper maintenance and preservation of company assets and equipment under their responsibility; * Carry out duties in compliance with the Organization’s Quality System and current Quality Policies.
