Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Production Engineering;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Prior experience in construction projects.
* Perform efficient and integrated governance of critical resources (materials and/or labor);
* Ensure availability, strategic allocation, and rational utilization to meet project schedules and budgets;
* Standardize internal processes related to labor—whether in-house or subcontracted;
* Manage planning and ensure proper direction of personnel allocation;
* Measure labor performance to support the service chain, ensuring correct sequencing through analyses and alignment with construction managers, engineers, and related departments;
* Provide guidance aimed at enhancing productivity, operational excellence, and field team capability development, always adhering to the company's quality and safety procedures;
* Inform the recruitment team (MOP or subcontractor) about labor requirements to maintain the sequencing pipeline;
* Standardize internal processes related to materials management;
* Monitor adherence to material procurement plans and manage the action plan;
* Conduct monitoring and take corrective actions regarding consumption deviations;
* Conduct monitoring and take corrective actions regarding inventory levels;
* Serve as the interface between procurement and construction sites;
* Deliver monthly performance reports to leadership;
* Conduct short-, medium-, and long-term planning meetings (Monthly Replanning);
* Act proactively to level productivity and pricing/costs.
