**We are hiring: Purchasing Manager \| Estrela Distribuição** **Estrela Distribuição** is seeking a **Purchasing Manager** to work in our operation in **Ceilândia – DF**, focusing on strategic negotiation with manufacturers and supply management in the distribution sector. We seek a professional with strategic vision, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the **wholesale/distribution** segment, responsible for ensuring competitiveness, product availability, and operational profitability. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and execute purchasing and supply strategies * Negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers (prices, delivery terms, volumes, and contracts) * Negotiate discounts, bonuses, and trade funds * Ensure adequate supply, avoiding stockouts and excess inventory * Monitor purchasing KPIs (inventory turnover, coverage, stockouts, and margins) * Define product mix and brand portfolio * Analyze product costs, margins, and profitability * Develop strategic relationships with suppliers * Integrate purchasing with sales, logistics, and finance departments * Monitor market trends, competition, and price fluctuations **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree * Solid experience in **purchasing within the distribution sector** * Experience negotiating with **manufacturers and strategic suppliers** * Experience managing inventory, costs, and commercial margins * Experience leading teams **Preferred Qualification** Experience in food, beverage, or consumer goods distribution companies. **Location:** Ceilândia – DF **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) **Compensation:** To be discussed **Benefits** On-site meals \+ Fuel allowance \+ Health and dental insurance (optional) \+ SESC partnership \+ Career development plan \+ Gympass \+ Commercial discounts \+ Shopping voucher.
