We look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can work together to improve education quality at our school. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support students in completing academic tasks, encouraging autonomy and positive social interaction; * Clarify doubts and provide academic support; * Plan and implement weekly activities aligned with program guidelines; * Develop reading, games, logical reasoning, and recreational proposals; * Serve as the reference educator for the full-time class, strengthening relationships, promoting well-being, and contributing to students' holistic development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school (preferably currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Literature, or related fields); * Prior experience working with children or adolescents in educational, recreational, or school settings; * Strong communication skills, patience, and ability to mediate conflicts; * Organizational and responsible approach to managing routines and planning; * Availability to work full-time. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or related education fields; * Experience in after-school programs or full-time schools; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; * Ability to design playful, sports-related, and cultural activities. #### **Educate with purpose.
