The position requires mixology skills, customer service abilities, and the capacity to maintain a clean and organized work environment. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Ability to work in a team and under pressure; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. * Residency in the Federal District (DF). **You will stand out if you have:** * Prior experience as a Bartender or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of customer service techniques; * Proactivity and initiative in the workplace.
