**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Service Provider (PJ) Your Mission Support the IT team in building a data-driven culture, transforming scattered information into actionable insights for decision-making, and applying Artificial Intelligence (with a focus on Claude) to automate tasks and boost productivity across internal departments. You will receive training, mentoring, and challenges — but you’ll also need increasing autonomy to explore, propose, and build data- and AI-powered solutions. Responsibilities Extract, organize, and process data from internal systems (SQL and/or Python) Structure analyses and reports for departments such as Finance, Sales, and Operations Build and maintain performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring dashboards Identify automation opportunities in daily internal department workflows Design and implement agents and automations using Claude (Claude Code, Cowork, structured prompts) Develop lightweight API integrations connecting Claude to internal systems (spreadsheets, databases, SaaS tools) Document processes, data flows, and developed solutions Support the IT team with ad-hoc requests related to data and productivity Contribute suggestions for improving internal processes Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) Intermediate SQL (queries, joins, aggregations) Basic/intermediate Python applied to data processing (Pandas is a plus) Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data organization) Fundamentals of data modeling and relational databases Practical knowledge of Generative AI, with focus on Claude: Applied prompt engineering (ability to structure effective prompts) Use of Claude Code and/or Cowork to automate tasks involving files, spreadsheets, and documents Familiarity with Claude API calls (Python or Node) Strong data organization skills and analytical reasoning Understanding of business metrics and numerical interpretation Strong written communication (ability to translate data into insights) Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills) Structured and analytical thinking Intellectual curiosity (especially about AI and emerging technologies) Proactivity and initiative in exploring solutions Results-oriented mindset focused on delivering business value Clear written and verbal communication Ability to learn quickly Adaptability to startup environments Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement Attention to detail (essential for data analysis) Differentiators Prior experience in a startup or high-growth company Personal projects or portfolio using Claude (agents, automations, integrations) Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase) Familiarity with REST APIs and version control (Git) Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) Knowledge of other AI models beyond Claude Experience in projects involving internal department data (Finance, HR, Sales)Job Details **Requirements:** Location: SIG - DF Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexibility for occasional overtime required) Contract: PJ Work Format: On-site Benefits Birthday day off Paid sabbatical every 6 months (10 days) Annual collective holiday break Psychological counseling On-site manicure Career development plan 50% discount at Wizard Access to our mentorship programs Restaurant discounts Health insurance **Benefits:** No benefits reported
