




We are seeking an organized, responsible, and discreet professional to support Human Resources (HR) routines, ensuring compliance with labor, administrative, and people management processes. This role is essential for guaranteeing **legal compliance**, **process standardization**, and **support for leadership and employees**. **Key Responsibilities** * Support in onboarding, offboarding, and internal employee transfers. * Organization and control of employee documentation (contracts, registration forms, medical examinations, physical and digital files). * Data entry and verification in HR and payroll systems. * Control of electronic timekeeping, overtime banks, absences, tardiness, and work schedules. * Support in payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory contributions. * Employee assistance for basic labor and administrative inquiries. * Support in vacation management, leaves of absence, medical certificates, and licenses. * Support in recruitment processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication). * Support in implementing internal company policies, rules, and procedures. * Updating HR metrics spreadsheets and reports (absenteeism, turnover, vacations, hires, and terminations). **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in HR, Administration, or related fields is desirable). * Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Excel** (spreadsheets, data organization, and controls). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding confidential information. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to follow established procedures and meet deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in HR or Personnel Department routines. * Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho – CLT). * Experience with timekeeping systems, payroll software, or ERP systems. * Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting. * Proficiency in administrative routines and controls. **Expected Behavioral Profile** * Discretion and ethics when handling sensitive information. * Organization and methodical approach to work. * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment. * Professional and empathetic demeanor when assisting employees. * Proactivity in supporting internal process improvements.
