This opportunity is ideal for students who wish to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and develop professional skills in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities** * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Support time tracking, payroll, and benefits administration; * Organize employee files and records; * Update spreadsheets and internal systems; * Assist in recruitment processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, etc.); **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (from the 2nd semester onward); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel); * Willingness to learn and grow professionally in the field.
