Retail operations in fashion **Position: Store Manager – Brasília/DF (Águas Claras)** We are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team during a growth phase, ensuring people development, routine organization, and excellence in fashion retail customer service. You will be the store’s reference point: responsible for coaching and developing the team, maintaining effective management rituals, delivering clear and mature feedback, and ensuring operations run in a structured manner aligned with brand standards. **Your responsibilities here will include:** * Leading, training, and developing the team operationally and behaviorally. * Delivering structured feedback, including difficult conversations. * Ensuring store organization, management rituals, clear delegation, and team follow-up. * Encouraging best sales practices and ensuring a customer experience aligned with the brand. * Maintaining clear and mature communication with the team, guiding decisions and priorities. **What we value:** * Experience in commerce and fashion retail. * Hands-on experience on the shop floor. * Active listening skills, autonomy, and responsible decision-making ability. * Strong communication skills and maturity in handling difficult conversations. * Real-world examples of leadership and people development. * Openness to learning and comfort with technology. **Education:** Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. **Compensation:** * Fixed salary \+ variable bonuses, based on store performance and individual results. **Working Hours:** * Rotating schedule 6x1 (1 weekly day off \+ 1 Sunday off for every Sunday worked). * Hours: 12:00 PM to 8:20 PM\.
