Work Location: Águas Claras \- DF Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 15:20\. **Responsibilities/Duties:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of all areas in the production sector, ensuring a clean and safe environment; * Wash walls, floors, stairs, windows, restrooms, machines, and equipment according to schedule and leadership instructions; * Collect waste generated in the production sector and dispose of it properly in designated locations; * Restock hygiene supplies in restrooms and sections, including toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap, and hand sanitizer; * Carry out cleaning in the production sector during peak hours, ensuring efficiency without compromising food safety; * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental preservation standards; * Participate in periodic meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement of departmental practices. **Benefits/Additional Compensation:** * Starting salary: R$ 1\.809,53 \+ 5% productivity bonus \+ Tips * Transportation allowance (paid in cash) * Individual Performance and Tenure Bonus (available after 3 months; minimum value R$100,00\) * Monthly food basket * Meals provided and prepared by the company (breakfast, lunch, and snack) * Discount and purchasing convenience for company products * SESC affiliation * ⁠Partnership agreements (Clube do Comerciário, Clube Aqua Certado, Nicolândia) * Hapvida health insurance plan * Career development plan * Birthday bonus * Free medical consultations and basic dental care * Tips (based on store sales percentage) Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1\.809,53 \- R$2\.189,47 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
