SENAI arrived in Goiás in 1952 with the construction of the pioneering Senai GO 1 School (now Senai Roberto Mange Technology College) in Anápolis. At its establishment, under the regional delegation of São Paulo, Senai GO 1 offered only training in machining, mechanical turning, blacksmithing, electricity, and carpentry. The state’s economic context at that time consisted of only a few hundred small and even fewer medium-sized industries. Today, SENAI offers professional training across numerous courses delivered through industrial apprenticeship, technical qualification, technological undergraduate programs, postgraduate studies, initiation, qualification, and professional upgrading, in addition to providing technical and technological advisory services across multiple fields. As part of the Federation of Industries of the State of Goiás (FIEG), SENAI has kept pace with the advancement of the industrial sector through continuous investment in improving and updating its human resources and teaching environments, seeking technological innovation to contribute to industry competitiveness and state development. Our **MISSION** is to promote professional education and higher education, innovation, and industrial technology transfer, contributing to enhanced industrial competitiveness. And as our **VISION**, by 2027, SESI and SENAI will be recognized as industry partners and drivers of productivity and competitiveness. #### **To view completed SENAI****\- GO Selection Processes**, **click HERE.** Access our Selection Process Regulation to understand the rules and selection procedures of our Institution. **Also explore our job portals:** **SESI** https://sesigo.gupy.io **FIEG** https://fieg.gupy.io **IEL** https://ielgo.gupy.io **For platform-related issues on Gupy, such as password recovery, email address changes, or other inquiries, visit the help center link:** **Gupy \- Help Center \| Candidates** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Access our Code of Ethical Conduct to learn about the guiding instrument for relationships that define conduct standards, values, and ethics within our Institution.
