Support in implementing new processes and continuous improvements **Location:** Brasília / DF **Employment Type:** On-site **Compensation:** To be negotiated (please indicate salary expectations) **Job Summary:** We are seeking a **Senior Project Manager**, with a strong analytical and problem-solving profile, to work strategically and directly with the Group CEO. This professional will serve as the executive leadership's "right hand" in orchestrating, monitoring, and ensuring the delivery of projects across the group's companies. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, systemic vision, and the ability to engage various managers so that schedules move from paper to execution with excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning:** Structure, plan, and monitor the group's project portfolio across all companies from inception to completion. * **Schedule Management:** Organize deadlines, define scopes, and track deliverables, ensuring responsible parties meet established goals. * **Monitoring and Execution:** Closely monitor activity execution in coordination with managers of involved departments, acting swiftly to remove operational barriers. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare status reports, indicator dashboards, and management presentations for the CEO and executive leadership. * **Governance:** Lead alignment meetings, draft accurate minutes, and structure effective action plans. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively support the implementation of new processes, work methodologies, and operational improvements across the group. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Proven, solid experience in project management, PMO, or strategic planning. * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana, Jira) and **Advanced Excel**. * Highly organized profile, with strong analytical capability, sense of urgency, and discipline in managing multiple simultaneous tasks. **Preferred Qualifications (will strengthen your application):** * Recognized project management certifications (e.g., PMP/PMI, Scrum Master, PRINCE2\). * Prior experience working in the **healthcare sector**. * Practical knowledge of process mapping, KPI structuring, and using **Artificial Intelligence tools** to optimize routines.
