Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to ensure operational efficiency by supervising transportation, coordinating teams, and managing warehousing and shipping processes. Logistics Supervisor Position Description: We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to ensure the company's logistics operations run efficiently, including supervising product transportation and coordinating the driver team. Responsibilities: * Supervise company operations * Ensure adherence to established delivery deadlines * Coordinate the driver team, delegating tasks and monitoring performance * Prepare team performance and productivity reports * Monitor storage and order-picking demands to optimize operational efficiency. * Ensure quality in receiving, put-away, picking, inventory, and shipping operations. * Extract and analyze turnover, obsolescence, accuracy, damage, and expiration reports. * Proficiency in monitoring and tracking KPIs. * Lead the operational team, promoting training, motivation, and continuous development. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience supervising transportation or distribution logistics; * Proven experience with ERP and WMS Winthor; * Knowledge of route planning, fleet control, transportation regulations, and third-party management; * Analytical ability to identify root causes of issues and propose improvements. * Proficiency in monitoring systems, ERP, and intermediate/advanced Excel; * Proactive profile, team leadership capability, and results-oriented mindset
