**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 18:00 **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT 1\. Prospect service providers (individuals and legal entities) to build and expand the accredited network through internal and external contacts and in-person visits. 2\. Send the list of required documents for contract preparation and monitor the entire process until digital signature. 3\. Submit signed contracts for system registration and conduct a welcome call, including basic system usage training. 4\. Support the value adjustment process, accreditation extension, and contractual amendments. 5\. Respond to service providers via phone, corporate WhatsApp, email, and CRM, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions. 6\. Monitor and update system registrations, ensuring data integrity. 7\. Conduct occasional external visits for prospecting or strengthening relationships with the accredited network. 8\. Lead value negotiations aligned with company guidelines. 9\. Manage processes related to de-accreditation and maintenance of the accredited network. 10\. Draft and respond to internal and external communications. 11\. Suggest process improvements and support implementation, following policies and instructions from the immediate manager. 12\. Meet established deadlines and targets, maintaining organized activity records. 13\. Suggest sectoral process improvements and support their implementation, following managerial guidance and internal company policies. **Requirements:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; Experience in customer service or sales; Experience in the dental and healthcare sectors; Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency.
