Job Summary: Infrastructure Analyst or Datacenter Operator with experience in IT monitoring and service management, certified in ITIL® 4 Foundation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IT asset and service monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana) 2. ITIL® 4 Foundation certification 3. Experience in service management (service desk) Professional experience as an Operations Analyst or Datacenter Operator. Technical experience using tools for IT asset and service monitoring, e.g., *Zabbix*, *Grafana*, *New Relic*, or *Prometheus*, among others. *ITIL® 4 Foundation* certification.
