Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead and develop the team, ensuring excellence in customer service and daily restaurant operation management. Support in daily restaurant operation management **ASSISTANT MANAGER \- LIV GARDEN RESTAURANT** **Location:** Gilberto Salomão **Schedule:** 6 days on / 1 day off (alternating Sundays) We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Liv Garden team! We seek a proactive candidate with leadership skills, organizational ability, and a strong focus on service excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Support daily restaurant operation management * Lead and develop the team (dining room and kitchen) * Ensure service standards and customer experience * Monitor cash register opening and closing procedures * Manage inventory and orders * Assist in staff scheduling * Resolve operational issues Requirements: * Prior experience in leadership roles within restaurants/bars * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor * Organizational ability and sense of urgency * Availability to work on a 6 days on / 1 day off schedule (with alternating Sundays). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in high-end restaurants * Hands-on attitude and owner’s mindset.
