Analysis of reports for strategic decision-making. * Supervise and coordinate the sales managers’ team, ensuring achievement of targets set by senior management. * Implement effective sales strategies to maximize store performance. * Ensure excellent customer service, promoting satisfaction and loyalty. * Monitor store organization and presentation. * Train and develop the sales managers’ team, fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment. * Analyze sales reports and performance metrics, making data-driven strategic decisions. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in the retail sector. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays. * Knowledge of sales analysis.
